Independence
Finto is an independent prediction game and is not affiliated with FIFA or the FIFA World Cup. We can’t answer questions about FIFA tickets, accreditation, broadcast rights, or anything related to the official tournament — please contact FIFA directly for those.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge every email within 3 working days and resolve most requests within 7. Privacy requests will always be answered within the legally required windows (typically 30 days — usually much sooner).
