These terms govern your use of the www.finto.fun pre-launch website and waitlist. The full Terms of Service for the live Finto product will replace this page before public launch and will cover the in-app behaviours that don’t exist yet. By submitting your email or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by BRBR GROUP, registered at 2025 BRBR GROUP · Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Send legal notices to hello@finto.fun; send privacy and data-rights requests to privacy@finto.fun.
2. What Finto is
Finto is a free, social prediction game we are building for FIFA World Cup 2026. There are no entry fees, no prize pools, no payouts, no odds, and no wagering of any kind — in this pre-launch site or in the eventual live product. If you are looking for betting, this is not the product for you.
3. Independence
Finto is an independent prediction game and is not affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any national football association, club, league, broadcaster, or governing body. References to the World Cup, World Cup 2026, national teams, or any FIFA trademark are nominal — the trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Pre-launch nature
The product is being built. Specifically:
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a particular launch date, or a particular feature set.
- Features, scoring rules, group mechanics, and pricing (if any) may change before launch — see Rules for the current MVP intent.
- The launch date is intentionally not committed to here.
- We may pause, change, or take this site down at any time without notice.
5. What you agree to
By using this site or joining the waitlist, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old (the exact minimum age and verification mechanism is pending legal review — do not submit your email if you are below that threshold).
- The email you submit is yours, or you have explicit permission from the owner to use it.
- You understand we will use that email to send a single launch announcement when groups open, plus essential service notices.
- You will not use this site or its waitlist endpoint to harm, harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
6. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not attempt to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or automated waitlist entries (this includes bots, scripts, and disposable inboxes used to evade rate limits).
- Probe, scan, attack, or otherwise interfere with the site, the waitlist endpoint, our hosting providers, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the site for purposes other than ordinary browsing.
- Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or content that violates any law.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Finto, FIFA, or any third party.
We reserve the right to remove your email from the waitlist, block your IP, and report serious abuse to the relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual property
The Finto name, logo, copy, design, and code are owned by the entity named in §1 and its licensors. You may share links to this site and quote short excerpts (with attribution) for legitimate non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse Finto branding in your own product, or claim association with Finto.
Third-party trademarks (FIFA, FIFA World Cup, national flags, club crests, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only nominally.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
This section is intentionally a placeholder pending legal review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the entity in §1, its founders, employees, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) this site or the waitlist.
Final caps and carve-outs (consumer-protection rights, gross negligence, etc.) will be set by counsel before public launch.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes affecting your rights will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days before they take effect, and where possible communicated by email to waitlist members.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
